Managed Print Summit
Doug Johnson
Session Title:Managing Your MPS Business to Profitability
Description:
This session covers all of the key elements necessary from an Operational standpoint to profitably manage an MPS business model. Everyone talks about how to SELLMPS, no one talks about how to MANAGE MPS. There are actually numerous topics in this area: business planning, sales compensation, deal pricing and profitability, deal implementation, client management, metrics, and more. In deciding your operational model, you have many options on what to develop within your own company, and what elements to outsource.
