The session will review the type of software solutions available and how they are deployed in an effective print management strategy. The discussion will focus on software strategies to both increase new business revenue and to protect the current revenue/customer base. Participants will leave the session with a clear understanding of print management software, deployment methods and challenges, what data to expect and how to turn print management activity into profit results.

Darrell Leven
Darrell Leven is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FMAudit. He is responsible for business development and works directly with dealer clients in the understanding, evaluation and deployment of software solution strategies for print management. His successful career in the office equipment and software industry includes senior management positions with Modern Business Systems/IKON, OMD Corporation, Automated Dispatch Systems and CSPI Banking Solutions. He has worked with dealerships across the country in automating key sales, service and administrative business processes and business strategies. His hands on industry experience has provided in-depth knowledge of the solutions dealerships need to remain competitive and profitably automate the sales, billing and fulfillment processes of print management contracts.

Kevin Tetu
Kevin Tetu has a powerful background in software development. His first experience with print management was in 1998. As the owner of an engineering company, he needed a cost-recovery solution for their in-house reprographics department, but what he needed did not yet exist. His team set out to develop what became known as PrintSuite. With the official release to market, PrintSuite became an instant success among office equipment dealers. After a few years in the market, Tetu sold this solution and became a partner in a new company by the name of Print Inc. as Executive VP of Technology. While at Print Inc. Tetu pioneered the early days of managed print services, laying the foundation which others have more recently followed. With an interest in sharing his experience with other dealers, Tetu co-founded FMAudit and has developed the newest and most advanced generation of software solutions available today for print management.
