People talk about the value of training, but struggle to find the time. Often service techs stumble through learning new equipment on their own. It's too easy to get used to the get-by solution and not know what you're missing. Meanwhile, others are strongly investing in training and preparing for when the economy does turn so they can seriously grow revenue and market share. We'll also look at the many training products out there - which are really helpful and which are more likely a waste of time.
