His prior experience includes total responsibility for product engineering, R&D, manufacturing operations and quality assurance in a range of industries, including reprographic and remanufacturing environments. Cachia has more than 20 years in the printer supplies industry, with a background in engineering, quality assurance, processes and manufacturing, and prior experience in the automotive and medical equipment industries.
