Michael Dudek

Michael Dudek, CPA is president and owner of Zygoquest Group, a firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions for entrepreneurs interested in selling or buying companies in the office products industry. Dudek and his management team are valuation experts who have consummated more than 400 M&A transactions throughout their careers in the industry. Prior to founding Zygoquest, Dudek was vice president, acquisitions for IKON Office Solutions, formerly a $5 billion international NYSE office products service and distribution company prior to their recent acquisition by Ricoh Corporation.
