Roland Tong

Tong is a patent attorney and partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. His areas of practice include intellectual property, trademark and copyright litigation and unfair competition. He has prepared, filed, and prosecuted numerous utility, continuation, and design patent applications as well as federal trademark applications. He has served as General Counsel and In-house IP Counsel for industry leading companies, and has substantial experience in litigating patent, trademark, copyright and trade dress infringement cases.
